新型代用燃料的燃烧和排放特性分析

摘    要:为了探究新型替代燃料生物柴油与F-T柴油的燃烧和排放性能,在增压中冷柴油机上进行了试验,并与0#柴油进行了对比。结果表明,在动力性方面:对比于0#柴油,F-T柴油和生物柴油的动力性能有所降低,但影响不大;在经济性方面:F-T柴油与0#柴油相差不大,而生物柴油燃油消耗率有所增加,经济性能略有降低;在排放特性方面,生物柴油与F-T柴油的NOx排放分别下降了5.4%和17%,碳烟排放平均下降了53.5%和12.7%,CO排放平均下降幅度分别为32.3%和30.1%;在燃烧特性方面:生物柴油和F-T柴油的累计放热百分比与柴油相当,同时缸内压力峰值明显低于0#柴油,且燃烧始点有所提前,说明发动机燃用0#柴油和F-T柴油可以显著降低柴油机工作粗暴的特性,从而减少发动机的振动和噪声。关键词:柴油机、生物柴油、F-T柴油、燃烧、排放

Abstract:In order to explore new for alternative fule biodiesel versus F-Tdiesel of combustion with emission performance,in pressurized cold diesel engine conducted a test,and compared with 0#diesel.the results show,in terms of power:contrast with 0#diesel,F-Tdiesel and biodiesel power performance has declined,but little effect;in terms of economy:F-Tdiesel with 0#diesel no big difference,and biodiesel consumption has increased,economic performance slightly reduced;in terms of emission characteristics,biodiesel with 0#diesel of NOx emissions were down 5.4%and 17%,cigarette emissions an average drop53.5%and12.7%,CO emission an average drop amplitude respestively32.3%and 30.1%;in terms of combustion characteristics:biodiesel and F-Tdiesel of cumulative emissions ratio with diesel quite,simultaneously in-cylinder pressure peak obvious redution 0#diesel,burning point have ahead of time,desecription engine for combustion0#diesel and F-Tdiesel can significantly reduced diesel engine brutal characteristics ,thereby cut back engine vibration and noise.
