摘    要:采用CATIA软件建立某车型排气系统的三维模型,并运用有限元分析软件Hypermesh建立了有限元仿真模型,分析了模型的自由模态和约束模态。通过与试验模态的对比,验证了仿真模型的正确性。为了减少排气系统通过吊钩传递到车身的振动,在自由模态的基础上,采用平均驱动自由度位移原理设计了排气系统的吊钩位置方案。然后,以支反力和静态位移为优化目标确定了最优方案,通过优化前后吊钩力学响应分析对比验证了优化的有效性。

Abstract:: The 3D model of a certain vehicle exhaust system was established by the CATIA software. Its finite element simulation model was also established by applying the finite element analysis software Hypermesh, and the free modal and constraint modal were analyzed with this model. The comparison with the experimental modal verified the correctness of the simulation model. In order to reduce the vibration that exhaust system passed to the body through the hook, on the basis of the free modal analysis, several schemes of the hook position of the exhaust system were obtained by the average driver freedom displacement principle. Then, taking the minimal reaction force and static displacement as the optimization target, the optimal scheme is determined. The analysis of reaction force stress of the hook before and after optimization has demonstrated the effectiveness of the optimization.
