卸矿站粉尘质量浓度分布的数值模拟

摘    要:针对卸矿站卸矿时巷道内粉尘浓度严重超标这一现状,根据相似性原理,运用fluent软件对卸矿站卸矿时巷道内粉尘浓度分布进行模拟,得出不同监测面粉尘浓度随时间变化规律,并与现场实测数据对比分析,模拟结果与实测数据基本吻合。研究表明,卸矿时粉尘浓度分布受冲击风流影响较大,卸矿站巷道内粉尘主要由卸矿坑产生,经冲击风流携带而出,造成巷道内粉尘浓度较大;定期对卸矿站壁面进行洒水,不仅能清除卸矿站壁面粉尘,而且能在一定程度上吸附新产生粉尘,降低巷道内粉尘浓度。

Abstract:The roadway dust concentration in the ore unloading station is far exceeded when unloading ore. In view of this situation ,according to the similarity principle, the software of Fluent was employed for numerical simulation of dust concentration distribution when unloading ore. Dust concentration variation law in different monitoring surfaces with time is obtained. In contrast to the field measured data, the simulation result almost conforms to the measured data.Studies have shown that when unloading ore, the dust concentration distribution is greatly influenced by the impact airflow. Dust in the ore unloading station roadway is produced primarily from unloading pit, carrying out by the impact airflow, resulting in a greater dust concentration in the roadway .Watering station wall surfaces regularly, not only to clear the dust in the station of discharge wall,but also the new dust can be adsorbed to a certain extent, reducing the roadway dust concentration.
