中国农产品技术性贸易壁垒预警体系的框架研究

建立中国农产品技术性贸易壁垒预警体系是我国农产品面对国际市场机遇与挑战的客观要求,也是解决企业应对技术性贸易壁垒困难的客观要求,讨论了农产品技术性贸易壁垒预警体系的组成运行过程以及建设原则,认为要根据不同时间特征的TBT—SPS建立农产品信息研究系统、农产品TBT—SPS研究系统、国外辅助研究系统以及快速反应系统来对农产品技术性贸易壁垒进行预警,以减少和避免技术壁垒对农产品贸易的损失。

Research on the construction of early warning system of TBT about agricultural product in China

Facing the international market opportunity and the challenge,setting up the early warning system of TBT about agricultural product in China which was external request,and also was necessary for the enterprises to solve the technical trade barrier difficulties.This article emphatically discussed the composition,movement process and the construction principle of the early warning system of TBT about agricultural product.According to different time characteristic TBT-SPS,we set up different systems to warn TBT about agricultural product,reduce or avoid the loss of the agricultural product trade,these systems included the agricultural product information research system,the TBT-SPS about agricultural product studies system,overseas assistance research system and the fast response system.
