| Abstract: | Enhancing students' physical fitness is an important task in the teaching of physical education. From the angle of school P.E. teaching, this article discusses the intension of sports games and their function of increasing health and fitness and brings forward the principle of classifying and creating the games as well as the requirements on their organizing and teaching methods. |
