摘    要:采用分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)装置,对一种高聚物粘结炸药(PBX)模拟材料的冲剪实验进行加载. 利用高速摄影装置记录材料动态变形破坏过程,结合数字散斑相关技术,对典型加载条件下的位移场和应变场进行了分析,对PBX模拟材料动态变形破坏现象和机理进行了分析. 实验结果验证了DIC方法用于PBX模拟材料动态测量的可行性.

Abstract:A shear impact test was carried out on a polymer-bonded explosive (PBX) simulant by using the split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). The displacement and strain fields under typical loading conditions were analyzed by using high-speed photography combined with digital speckle correlation technique, the dynamic deformation and damage mechanisms of the PBX simulant were discussed. The results demonstrate that DIC method is viable to measure the dynamic behavior of PBX simulant.
