基于脆性薄膜动态响应的冲击波超压测试方法

摘    要:为评价爆炸冲击波威力大小,根据脆性材料的强度尺寸效应,采用纸张这种典型的脆性薄膜材料以及自制的薄膜固定装置,研究了不同尺寸的周边固支的圆形脆性薄膜材料在冲击载荷作用下的响应特性. 通过实验研究,得到了薄膜破裂时的冲击波超压随薄膜直径的变化规律,并对3种纸张材料在不同尺寸条件下破裂时的冲击波超压临界值进行了标定,给出了该固定装置约束下的薄膜破坏临界超压的计算公式,可用于外场试验的爆炸场的威力测试,是一种简单易行的测试方法.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the power of explosion shock wave, based on the size effect of strength of brittle materials, the response of circular brittle film materials fixed all around with different sizes under the impact loading with selecting paper which is a typical brittle film materials and a self-made fixing device was studied in this paper. Through the experiment research, a variation law of the critical overpressure corresponding the damage of thin film with the diameter of the film was obtained, and the critical overpressure corresponding the damage of three kinds of paper with different diameter was calibrated. According to the experiment results, a calculation formula of the critical overpressure of film damage restricted by fixing device was given, it is a simple and practicable test method to measure the power of explosion field.
