丁酸梭菌LMG1213、A69及巴氏梭菌LMG3285~T在不同碳源上生长产氢的研究

摘    要:丁酸梭菌和巴氏梭菌是两种产氢能力很强的细菌。本文研究了Clostridium butyricum LMG1213、A69及Clostridium pasteurianum LMG3285~T在不同碳源上的生长及产氢。不同的菌株对碳源的利用差异很大,但葡萄糖做碳源时都能很好的生长产氢。

Abstract:Clostridium butyricum and Clostridium pasteurianum are hydrogen producing bacterium with high productivity. In this paper, the growth and hydrogen production of Clostridium butyricum LMG 1213, A69 and Clostridium pasteurianum LMG 3285~T in different carbon sources were studied. Different strain has great difference in using carbon sources. But glucose is an good carbon source for all tested strains.
