紫叶小檗果皮色素提取方法的研究

摘    要:本文研究了从紫叶小檗果皮中提取橙红色素时,浸提剂种类、浸提温度、浸提时间、浸提剂pH值及不同比例的紫叶小檗果皮(g):浸提剂(ml)对紫叶小檗色素提取率的影响.

Abstract:The present paper investigated the extraction method of natural pigment from the fruit shell of purple leaf barberry. The influence of extraction solvent, temperature, time, and pH value etc. on its extraction ratio was studed.
