摘    要:在室内实验条件下研究了温度、规格对毛蚶的耗氧率和排氨率的影响.实验温度范围为11~17℃,各项测定均在停喂2d后进行.结果显示,毛蚶耗氧率和排氨率与壳长呈负相关关系,而与温度呈正相关关系.并且在实验用毛蚶的壳长范围内其耗氧率和排氨率与壳长分别符合下列模式:Y=ALb和Y=aX+b.方差分析(ANOVA)结果显示,温度对耗氧率和排氨率的影响极显著.

Abstract:Effects of temperature and body size on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Arca subcrenata were studied under artificial conditions in laboratory. The experimental results indicate that the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate are correlated positively with water temperature and negatively with the shell length. The relationships of oxygen consumption rate or ammonia excretion rate with the shell length of Arca subcrenata can be both expressed by the model of Y=aX b and Y=aX b respectively. The results of ANOVA show that water temperature made remarkable effects on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Arca subcrenata.
