| 摘 要： | 基于大气自净能力,使用总量控制方法,对某开发小区作出了大气环境规划,规划了该开发小区燃煤量和SO_2排放量的限额,并且对其它有害大气污染物的允许排放量提出了通用的计算公式。

| Abstract: | Based on atmospheric self-purification ability, using total emissions control method, an atmospheric environment planning has been put forward for a developing zone. In the zone, coal consumption and SO_2 releasing quantity should be limited. And a common formula is set up for allowance to release the quantities of other harmful atmospheric pollutants. |
