软土地基的处理是国内外重要研究课题之一。螺旋扩底注浆具有施工速度快、工程成本低、技术可靠等优点，具有广阔的推广应用前景。在施工中重点控制钻进深度、有效实现扩孔、控制注浆量和接合部位的施工质量等，确保成桩质量。实测结果表明，注浆后桩的承载力显著提高。

Applied Research into Spiral Reaming Pre-grouting Technology in Northeast Area

The Reinforcing soft-soil foundation has been one of important studying problem at home and abroad. Spiral Reaming Pre-grouting Technology has a series of merits such as the faster construction speed, the lower engineering cost, the reliable technology measures and so on. So it has broad using prospects. In order to pledge quality , it is important to control drilling depth, achieve reaming drilling, control pre-grouting volume and construction quality of joint position in the course of engineering construction. The measuring results show that the bearing capacity of pile was increased after pre-grouting.
