基于协同产品开发的客户服务研究

摘    要:从产品开发的三维度理论出发,分析了产品全生命周期中客户服务需求的分布状况和客户服务需求的柔性区间,以及客户服务的响应柔性和响应速度.提出了用客户服务来支持协同产品开发中的信息协同和服务协同,实现产品开发的客户协同,并给出了支持协同产品开发的客户服务的实现方法.

Abstract:Beginning with the three-dimension theory of product development,customer service requirements distribution and flexibility extent during all-life period of product are analysed.The responsive flexibility and responsive velocity of customer service are researched.Using customer service to hold up the information co-operation and service co-operation in the co-operation product development is put foward in order to accomplish customer co-operation.At the end,an available method to reference is offered.
