| Abstract: | For pavement project, set costs are always paid great attention while the costs, such as maintain cost and operation cost etc. , are always ignored. At the same time, in the construction practice recessive cost, such as environmental cost and social cost, etc. cant be attached to the importance. This often causes the overspend cost, which has brought enormous financial burden to the owner. This paper gives the concept of life cycle cost and its development, then, explains how to carry on the cost analysis to the pavement project through the analytical method of the cost of the total life cycle. |
