有机蒙脱土的制备研究

摘    要:为了增加蒙脱土与有机物的相容性,研究了以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为改性剂,物料配比、反应温度与反应时间等对离子交换反应的影响,确定了制备有机蒙脱土的最佳工艺条件。对有机蒙脱土的结构进行了表征:IR证明CTAB已进入到蒙脱土的层间,XRD结果表明有机蒙脱土的层间距由1.45nm增加到1.96nm。研究结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下制备的有机蒙脱土具有较高的离子交换率,层间距增加。

Abstract:In order to improve the compatibility between montmorillonite and the organic, The preparations of organic modified montmorillonite were studied, with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) being intercalated into the layered silicate montmorillonite by cation exchange. The effects, on the ionic exchange rate, of mass ratio of the reactants, reaction time and reaction temperature were discussed. The optimum technics of preparation was analyzed. Their structure were characterized by XRD, IR result shows that CTAB has intercalated into the layers of montmorillonite, and the spacing of organic modified montmorillonite layers have increased from 1.45nm to 1.96nm. Therefore organic modified montmorillonite has high exchange capability and large spacing of layers.
