双曲回转镜面的数控加工模型

摘    要:双曲回转镜面因其具备特殊的光学性质而被广泛应用.研究批量生产这种光学镜面的精密模具数控加工问题。给出用球头刀二轴联动的加工方案.文中同时给出工具参数和加工行距。以及其水平进给、轴向进给的整套数学模型和相应的严格证明.用实例验证方案的可行性和模型的可靠性.这为此类镜面批量生产的模具制造。提供全面、有益的参考数据.

Abstract:The hyperbolical and gyro mirrors have wide application due to its special optical property. For producing the precise moulds of this optical mirror in batch under numerical control, the authors give here a sheme of machining which is characterized by biaxial gearing of ball-end cutters. The authors also give parameters of tool and row spacing of working as well as a complete set of mathematical models of its horizontal feed and axial feed including corresponding strict proof. The feasibility of the scheme and the reliability of the model are verified by examples. Comphrenhensive and useful reference data are thus offered for the manufacture of mould in batch production of this kind of mirrors.
