| 摘 要： | 鱼雷研制费用是鱼雷寿命周期费用的重要组成部分，受到广泛关注。鱼雷研制费用的累积曲线呈近似的S形状，因此，利用灰色系统理论的Verhulst模型，结合实例对鱼雷研制费用进行了建模。结果表明，这种方法能达到令人满意的拟合精度，具有实用价值。

| Abstract: | Development cost for torpedo has been paid broad attention as one of the important parts of life cycle cost of torpedo. Using Verhulst model of the grey system theory sets up adevelopment cost model of torpedo Result indicates that this model can achieve satisfactory precision. At the same time, it has practical value. |
