未成熟果实黄化蜜柑及其正常植株叶片和果实矿质含量差异分析

摘    要:对未成熟果实黄化'龟井'温州蜜柑和正常植株叶片和果实大量矿质元素如钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、磷(P)、硫(S)及微量矿质元素如铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)和硼(B)含量进行了测定分析.结果表明:果实黄化蜜柑叶片K和Ca含量(P<0.01)极显著低于正常植株(对照)、P、S和B含量(P<0.05)亦显著较低,且Ca和B均低于缺乏临界值,而Mn含量(P<0.01)却极显著高于对照;果实黄化蜜柑果实S和B含量(P<0.01)极显著低于对照,Ca和Mg含量(P<0.05)亦显著较低,而P含量(P<0.05)却显著高于对照;果实黄化蜜柑与正常植株间叶片和果实Fe、Zn、Cu及果实Mn含量均无显著性差异.可见,'龟井'温州蜜柑未成熟果实黄化症状与其果实含Mg量显著较低及因Ca、B缺乏造成的叶片功能衰退有着密切的关系.
