| Abstract: | An entropy weight coefficient method is used to objectively evaluate the operation performance of 20 listed companies in the telecommunications industry in China. A binary relative evaluation approach is then applied to evaluate their degree of subjective efforts and the effectiveness in operation. The test result and analysis show that the approach is useful and effective. |
