In this paper, the design and implementation of a Micro Computer Processing System of Statistics, Analysis and Forecast in Educational undertakings are presented.The guiding thought for developing the system, the whole data flow analysis, the implementation techniques, the functions and the features of the system are detailed In designing the system the method of Structured Analysis and Structured Design in Software Engineering are used and also stratagem of Transaction Decomposition and Transformation Decomposition are used to design the system with hierarchical model structure. In programming, several languages are applied interchangebly, So that it can be shared in program and information level.
