| 摘 要： | 文章从压力机、自动化送料系统和机器人搬运系统3个方面阐述了冲压装备自动化技术现状,并预测了其发展趋势,在未来几年,单机联线自动化冲压线仍然是中国汽车业的发展主力,用于大型覆盖件冲压的多工位压力机可能会在中外合资汽车公司率先应用.

| Abstract: | Based on significant development of automobile industry, great progress of automatic press technique for equipment in China, this paper explains the status quo in metal sheet automatic press technique and predicts its tendench from three aspects: press, automatic transfer feeder and robot transfer system. In a couple of years to come, it can be predictdd that the automatic stamping production line will hold the largest market shares in China. Multi-station press system for large body panel would be applied first in some Chinese-foreign joint ventures of automobile enterprises . |
