摘    要:振动切削作为一种源于"以振抑振"的复合切削加工新工艺,其不可比拟的切削优势日益显著.本文对其在振动攻丝方面进行实验研究,对振动切削微观机理上的研究也有进一步的揭示,给出了振动切削的应力波机理的完善现状,为振动切削的更广泛应用,给定完备的理论基础.

Abstract:Vibration cutting which is origin of "using vibration to restrain vibration" is a new compound cutting machining techniques and its cutting advantages are increasingly marked. This paper is mainly about the experiment of vibration tapping and it gives a further expatiation of vibration cutting's micro-mechanism.The development of stress waves theory and a self-contained theory foundation are provided for widening using areas.
