摘    要:针对旋转机械中经常发生折断或丢失一部分旋转质量的现象,分析研究了挤压油膜阻尼器-滑动轴承-柔性转子系统在考虑油膜惯性力的情形下,突加不平衡作用的响应特性。并将其所得的结果与不考虑惯性力情形下的结果进行了比较。研究表明:考虑惯性力后,此转子系统在定转速条件下,突加不平衡质量的响应时间和振幅都减小了。

Abstract:Component disjunction and lose often occurring in rotating machinery were studied. The sudden imbalance rotor response in the sliding bearing flexible rotor system with SFD was analyzed and investigated. The contrast was made between response outcome in rotor system with oil inertia force and that in rotor system without it. The result shows that both instantaneous response time and amplitude of vibration in the sliding bearing flexible rotor system decrease with oil inertia force at a certain speed.
