TiO2纳米带的水热合成表征及光催化性能

摘    要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化胺为模板剂,采用水热法在200℃下合成了TiO2纳米带,用SEM、TEM、XRD、EDS对其形貌、结构和组成进行了表征,并用二氧化钛纳米带对甲基橙进行光催化降解研究.结果表明所制备的TiO2纳米带产量高、结构均匀,具有较完整的结晶性能,直径最小的十几纳米,直径最大的100纳米左右,大多数的直径在60~80nm之间,长度达几十微米,光催化性能优良.

Abstract:Using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as template,one dimension al TiO2 nanomaterial was prepared by hydrothermal Synthesis.Morphologies,structures and composition of the samples were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD,EDS,and their photocatalytic properties were studied.The result shows that the as-synthesized TiO2 nanomatreial have a high gielels,good quality,and intact crystal property.The smallest diameter of the nano-TiO2 is about 10nm,and the largest is about 100nm.The main diameter is in the range of 60~80nm.The length is up to tens of micrometer,and have a good photocatalytic properties.
