摘    要:本文研究用变频段伪随机码代替系统的扫频信号作电路网络频率特性测试,用EDA技术自动生成伪随机码,研究了高速数据采集的A/D转换和FIFO数据存储技术,采用单片机控制信号的发生和适时采样,并与主机通讯,用Labview作信号处理和图形显示,形成一个高性能数字存储和频率特性测试系统。

Abstract:Frequency spectrum measures of circuit network are studied in this paper by means of varied-frequency pseudo-random code instead of the traditional sweep signal. The pseudo-random codes are generated by the Electronic Design Automatic (EDA) technique. The high speed ADC and FIFO techniques are investigated for data acquisition and storage. A Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) is adopted to control the signal generation,acquisition and communication with the computer. The Labview is used for signal process and graphics display to make up a measure system with high performance for data acquisition and frequency spectrum analysis.
