摘    要:本文用微型反应器、SEM、XPS、IR-TPD、吸附动力学等手段研究了HZSM-5沸石经 ALCL_3或 SiCL_4蒸气改性前后的乙苯、乙烯烷基化反应的催化性能及其与沸石表面性质间的关系。结果表明,改性会使 HZSM-5 沸石的表面 B 酸中心数量减少,强度降低,并造成沸石孔口、孔道阻塞或孔径收缩和孔道阻碍,扩大了二烷基苯异构体间的扩散差别。这些变化是造成乙苯、乙烯烷基化反应活性和选择性变化的重要原因。

Abstract:The ethylbenzene alkylation with ethene on the HZSM-5 zeolites modified with the vapor of SiCl_4 or A1Cl_3 was studied with microreactor.To correlate with them, the surface properties of the modified zeolites were also studied by using the methods of SEM,XPS,IR-TPD and adsorption kinetics etc..It was found that the sample modified with both A1Cl_3 and SiCl_4 resulted in decreasing quantities and strength of the Brosted acidic sites of surface.The channels and the pores of the modified samples with AlCl_3 were blocked,while SiCl_4 modification resulted in shrinkage of pore size and the pore block,so as to increase the difference of diffusion rate on the zeolites between the isomers of dialkylbenzene.These are the important factors which affect the activities and the selectivities of the alkylation.
