伴随粒子碳氧比测井仪快核电路的研究

摘    要:近年来,碳氧比测井仪得到了广泛使用。对合理开发油田、提高油气收集,有非常基极的作用。但由于测量过程中井壁和套管物质产生的大量的γ线干扰了测量结果,其测量精度有限。本文介绍了一种新的仪器——伴随粒子碳氧比测井仪,其在理论上有很大突破,核心电路采用了快核电子学线路,符合电路的工作速度达到nS级,能极大消除井壁和套管对测量的影响,明显提高了测量精度。

Study on Fast Nuclear Circuit of Associated Particle C/O Well Log Tool
Abstract:Recently,C/O logging tool has been widely used.It plays a very important role on the rational development of oil fields and improvement of oil-gas collection.However,because of a large number of rays from the borehole wall and casing material interfere the measurement results,the measurement accuracy is limited.This paper describes a new instrument-associated particle C/O logging tool.It has a great breakthrough in theory,the core circuit using fast nuclear circuit and the coincidence circuit speeds of up to nS level.It can greatly eliminate the borehole wall interface and improve accuracy of measurement.
