Cr4+:YAG晶体位置对被动调Q激光器输出特性的影响研究

摘    要:可饱和吸收体Cr4+:YAG对被动调Q激光器的输出特性起着重要的作用。本文对Cr4+:YAG被动调Q的Nd3+:YAG激光器进行了实验和理论研究,重点研究了可饱和吸收体在谐振腔中的位置对激光输特性的影响。实验结果表明,可饱和吸收体在谐振腔中存在一个最佳位置,可使输出功率最大,脉冲宽度最小。这些研究对于被动调Q激光器的设计与应用有一定的意义。

Study on Position of Q-switch and The Influence on Output Characteristic of the Laser
Abstract:Cr4+ :YAG crystal plays an important role for the output characteristics of the passively Q-switched laser. In this dissertation, the passively Q-switched Nd3+ :YAG laser has been experimentally and theoretically studied. The focuses were position of Q-switch. The experiment indicates that there was an optimal distance between the Cr4+:YAG and the output coupler, which can maximize the output power and minimize the pulse width. All the above findings are very important to the practical use of the passively Q-switched laser.
