| 摘 要： | 高校学生工作是高校管理工作的重点之一。美国是一个高度重视高校学生事务管理的国家，并且历经发展已形成了相对成熟的模式。本文通过中美高校学生工作在工作理念、组织机构、制度保障、工作内容、队伍建设等几个方面的比较，分析差异，取长补短，并在此基础上探讨我国高校学生工作队伍建设的方法与途径，以更好地推动我国高校学生工作。

| Abstract: | Students work is regarded as one of the essential works in the administration of the colleges. America is considered to pay close attention to the service for the college students, and has formed a relatively perfect mode on it. This paper mainly made a comparison on the terms of work philosophy, organization structure, safeguard mechanism, job contents and team development between American and Chinese college administration. On the basis of the comparison, by analyzing the difference and learning from the other＇ s strong points, the author of this essay wants to discuss approaches in the development of our country＇ s administration work related to students jobs in colleges, in order to promote work in this field. |
