| 摘 要： | 采用正交实验的方法，以芍药苷为考察目标，用反相高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定复方中药中芍药苷的含量，考察了乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数4个因素。结果表明，最佳提取工艺为A2B1C1D3，即80％的乙醇8倍量，回流提取3次，每次1小时。

| Abstract: | By orthogonal experimental design, the content of Peoniflorin in compound Chinese herbal medicine is measured by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Alcohol concentration, solvent amount, extraction times and extraction time as factors are analyzed. The results show that the optimum extracting condition is A2B1C1D3 , that was 80% alcohol, eight times amount,refluxing for 3 times and 1 h each time. |
