正交实验法优选复方中药中芍药苷的提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用正交实验的方法,以芍药苷为考察目标,用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定复方中药中芍药苷的含量,考察了乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数4个因素。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为A2B1C1D3,即80%的乙醇8倍量,回流提取3次,每次1小时。

Abstract:By orthogonal experimental design, the content of Peoniflorin in compound Chinese herbal medicine is measured by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Alcohol concentration, solvent amount, extraction times and extraction time as factors are analyzed. The results show that the optimum extracting condition is A2B1C1D3 , that was 80% alcohol, eight times amount,refluxing for 3 times and 1 h each time.
