| 摘 要： | 计算机网络是时代和科技发展的产物，不仅对大学生的健康成长有着重大影响，而且关系到高校乃至社会的稳定。在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中，高校要充分认识网络舆论的积极作用和消极影响，针对目前网络舆论引导中存在的突出问题，坚持以正确的舆论引导人，进一步采取有效措施加以调控与引导，确保校园网络舆论健康发展。

| Abstract: | Computer network is the product of the times and technological development, it does not only have great influence on the healthy growth of university students, but also relate the stability of colleges and society. In the process of building a socialist harmonious society, colleges should fully understand the positive and negative effects of network public opinion. For the glaring problems in the current guidance of network public opinion, colleges should adhere to the correct public opinion to guide persons, and take effective measures to ensure the healthy development of the campus network public opinion. |
