平地机主机架的有限元分析

摘    要:某型号平地机主机架结构复杂,工作荷载较大,实体建模与有限元分析对其结构设计和性能的改进变得十分重要。本文采用Pro/E和ANSYS软件无缝连接,成功地对平地机主机架进行了三维建模和有限元分析。根据动力学和静力学分析结果,提出了改进方案,为主机架的整体结构优化设计与性能改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A model main frame for land leveler has a complex structure and very - large working load. So it is very important to improve structural design and performance of entity modeling and finite element analysis of the main frame. Pro/E and ANSYS software seamless link was used to carry out three - dimension modeling and finite element analysis for the main frame in this paper. According to the statics and dynamics analysis result, the improvement scheme based on the theory analysis was put forward, thus offering the theoretical basis for the whole structural optimization design and performance improvement of the main frame for land leveler.
