高校政治辅导员的准入和培养途径研究

高校政治辅导员是有中国特色的高校思想政治工作的主要实践者。在当前高校政治辅导员制度的实施过程中，存在着队伍不稳、培养缺失、比例失调等问题。健全政治辅导员准入机制，应当从严格选拔标准、规范选聘渠．道等几个方面着手，优化辅导员的培养要通过开设高校辅导员专业、做好岗前培训等几个途径展开。
