后现代教育观下英语专业教师自我发展探究

摘    要:本文以后现代教育观为理论基础,分析当前英语专业教师自我发展存在的问题,提出其自我发展的途径必须建立在教师之间的协作性、师生间的平等性以及教学内容的开放性和多元性的基础上,最终实现以人为本的教育目的。

Abstract:This paper analyzes several problems in the self-development of EFL teachers based on the theory of post-modern perspective, and it raises that the self-development of EFL teachers should build upon the co-operation among teachers,the equality between teacher and student and the openness and diversity in teaching materials, and the educational aims will be ultimately realized to be human-oriented.
