基于多代理的车间作业计划研究

面对竞争激烈、动态多变和订单驱动的市场,企业的制造系统必须呈现出快速反应性和柔性化。而在车间的布局中多数企业按机群或成组技术来组织生产,这种传统单元模式无法根据任务的变化动态调整。结合Agent技术,通过模拟经济行为中的招投标机制,采用虚拟制造单元的方式来组织生产。根据以往研究文献不足,在任务计划时考虑任务前后工序之间联系,采用推-拉式招投标策略。在评标时考虑加工时间、加工成本和运输费用等因子,以完成整个任务的时间和成本最小为目标。最后以实例说明该方法的有效性。

Research on the planning of Job Shop Based on Multi-Agent

In present day, the market is highly competitive, dynamic and customer driven. Manufacturing systems must to be responsive and flexible in response to market changes in order to compete. the production layout is machine family or Group technology, which is applied by most enterprise, this kind of traditional unit model is not dynamic adjustment according to the change of the task, this paper, based on combined with the multi-Agent technology, by Simulating bidding mechanism in economic behavior,and organize virtual manufacturing cell.according to the insufficient of previous research,the constraints of the task between production processes is taken into account in planning, proposed push type and pull type in bidding process, the bid assessment consider the processing time, processing production and transportation cost and other factors, to achieve the target of minimizing the time and cost, at last,an example is used to show the effectiveness of the method.
