基于FAHP的项目风险预警模型分析

项目作为集合经济、技术、管理、组织等各方面的综合性社会活动,在各个方面都存在着不确定性。项目风险预警系统就是通过对项目建立风险评估体系,进而进行风险预控、化解风险的发生,并将风险造成的损失降至最低程度的有效手段。以项目风险分析理论为基础,结合项目风险的特点,从经济、社会、自然、经营、技术等方面,运用系统工程理论与方法,构建项目风险预警系统,实时跟踪项目风险因素的变动趋势,测评风险所处状态,及时发出警报,为决策者掌握和控制风险提供信息支撑,确保项目按计划顺利进行。

Study on the Early Warning Project Risk Model of FAHP
