经编机中平面八杆机构震动力平衡的理论分析

摘    要:利用复数矢量法对纺织机械经编机中传动沉降片的平面八杆机构进行了震动力平衡的理论分析,给出了该机构震动力平衡的理论条件.为减小该机构在工作过程中因震动力产生的不良影响提供了理论依据,对于经编机的工程设计也具有一定的指导作用.

Abstract:A theoretical method of shaking force balancing for 8-bar linkage mechanism on tricot machine is studied based on the complex vector method,and the theoretical conditions for shaking force balancing is advanced.The research results can provide an effective theoretical proof for reducing the adverse effects caused by the shaking force while the machine is running,and it is helpful for the engineering design of tricot machine.
