| 摘 要： | 19世纪末是中国新闻事业蓬勃发展的时期。在“戊戌维新”中发挥了重要作用的康有为，他23年从事报业活动的经验和成就，以及视报刊可以“匡政府所不逮”的作用，主张新闻立法和新闻控制等新闻思想，对当时新闻争业的发展产生了巨大的影响，对今天的新闻改革也有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The news cause was flourishing at the end of the nineteenth century. Kang You- wei, who gave play important affect to the Constitu-tional Reform and Modernization, summarized a lot of news ideology during he was engaged to the activity of establishing newspapers. His experience and news ideology brought about a great advance in the news cause at that period which produce good renslte for today's news reform. |
