摘    要:苏霍姆林斯基认为,教师的工作就其本身的性质和逻辑来说,就是不断地关心、热爱儿童,这是教师对学生进行教育的基础;教师深入了解、研究儿童既是教育素养的重要组成部分,又是不断提高教育素养的重要途径,是提高教育教学效果的关键。因此,热爱和研究儿童是教育理论和实践的最主要的交接点,应该置于教师注意的中心。

Abstract:According to the Sukhomlinski's thinking,the teacher's work in the light of itself character and logic is keeping in concerning himself with children and loving them.This is the basis of teaching students.That teacher penetrates into understanding and studying children is the important forming part of the education attainment as well as the important way of steadily improving the education attainment and the keypoint of raising teaching effect.Loving and studying children is the main intersect of education theory and practice,it should be put in the centre of teacher's attention.
