光生等离子体光源照射阵列的设计

Design of Optical Source Array for Photo-induced Plasma

This article introduces the physical concept of photo-induced plasma,illustrates a designing method of photo-induced plasma source composed of laser diode,analyzes the light intensity distribution function of laser diode,proposes a scheme for one kind of laser diode irradiation array,calculates the light intensity of the array upon the irradiated surface,and stimulates the different irradiation result of this array when the number of laser diodes is changed,and their distance from the surface is altered,which shows this array has uniform light intensity distribution.Finally,it summarizes how the number of laser diodes in a source,and their distance from the irradiated surface,affects the light uniformity and intensity.
