MATLAB环境下的船用柴油机故障诊断的模拟研究

摘    要:提出一种基于径向基函数神经网络模型应用于船用柴油机故障诊断的方法,设计相应系统的征兆/故障样本集,运用MATLAB环境下的实用工具箱-NeuralNetworksToolbox对HUDONG-B&W6L60MCE大功率船用低速柴油机涡轮增压系统的故障诊断进行模拟计算,仿真结果表明,这种方法是成功的。

Abstract:The method of fault diagnosis for marine diesel engine,which is an artificial neural network model based on radial basis function(RBF)has been presented.And its sample sets of the symptoms and troubles have been designed.Simultaneously,by using a practical neural network toolbox in MATLAB environment the simulating calculation for fault diagnosis of marine low speed heavy duty diesel engine has been made.Then an application example of the turbo charging subsystem is given to show its feasibility.
