激波作用下非晶合金的晶化理论研究

摘    要:在实验中观察到,在激波作用下非晶合金晶化成纳米晶体。本文试图对这一现象给出初步的理论上的解释。非晶合金内部微观不均匀,分布着大量微小有序原子集团(cluster)和位错。在激波作用下,位错运动,而cluster阻碍激波的传播,使位错堆积于cluster周围。激波与cluster周围局域应力场相互作用使得cluster旋转,而cluster周围的高应力应变能使类液区(intercluster)原子切变沉积于cluster上,cluster长大成为微晶,非晶合金晶化。

Abstract:Based on the geodynamics,we consider that when the fluid layer under the rock layer moves,and the transport and accumulation of momentum energy excess a faulting threshold value of rock,an earthquake takes place.From the nonlinear equations of fluid mechanics,we derive a simplified nonlinear solution of momentum,corresponding the accumulation of the energy.From this we then can also derive a chaos equation,and chaos should correspond to the earthquake.Further,combining the Carlson Langer model,the magnitude period formula of the earthquake may be obtained,hence some results can be calculated quantitatively.Moreover,many external causes of the earthquake are only the initial conditions of this nonlinear system.
