| 摘 要： | 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板型电泳对半翅目蝽科4种蝽象及紫蓝曼蝽不同个体酯酶同工酶进行了研究。结果表明，不同种属蝽象酯酶同工酶酶谱差异明显，每个种都有各自的特征谱型，紫蓝曼蝽不同个体酶谱差异较小，存在性别差异，且大于个体差异，但都小于种间差异。

| Abstract: | By using DAGE techniques, EST isozymes of four species of Pentatomidae and different individuals of Menida Violacea Motschulsky are studied. The results show that EST isozymes differ greatly among different species and each species has its own distinctive zymograms. The zymograms variance among individuals of Menida Violacea Motschulsky is smaller and sex variance is bigger than that of individuals and is smaller than that of species. |
