高校“基础课”教师需要的实证分析

摘    要:高校"思想道德修养与法律基础"课("基础课")教师承担着对大学生进行系统思想政治教育的重任,他们的需要的满足程度影响其工作的积极性,从而影响我国高等教育目标的实现。根据马斯洛的需要层次理论,我们对高校"基础课"教师的需要满足情况进行了问卷调查和分析研究,认为高校"基础课"教师的爱与归属需要、尊重的需要以及自我实现的需要都没有得到有效的满足。自我实现需要在高校"基础课"教师所有需要中更为重要,因而促进自我实现需要是激励高校"基础课"教师的重要因素。
