我国石油馏份临界温度的测定和研究

摘    要:在实测大庆、胜利、羊三木、任丘和孤岛五种原油的58个宽、窄馏份油临界温度(用经标定的自制密封管法测定)和馏程、标准密度、运动粘度、折射率、苯胺点等性质的基础上,将临界温度与各种物性用逐步回归法进行关联。经多次探索,提出三个计算国产石油直馏馏份油临界温度的关联式,其平均相对偏差分别为1.17%,1.22%和1.57%。关联式所用参数为直馏馏份油的密度和平均沸点或密度和运动粘度,这些参数易于得到,形式也较简单,可供炼油和石油化工工艺计算使用。本文用实测数据考察了六种求定石油馏份临界温度的常用关联式和图表对国产石油直馏馏份油的适用性,发现其中以Roess关联式和Mobil-Oil-Tc图的准确性最好,相对偏差分别为1.40%和1.26%。Maxwell关联式则完全不适用于国产石油馏份。

Abstract:The critical temperature-s of virgin petroleum fractions fromDaqing, Shengli, Yangsanmu, Renqiu and Gudao crude oils were determined with sealed-tube method. Some related physical and chemical properties, e.g. boiling ranges, standard densities, kinematic viscosities, refractive indexes and aniline points of these fractions were also determined. Based on the experimental data, three correlation formulae for predicting critical temperature have been proposed. The average errors in using these formulae are 1.22%, 1.17% and 1.57% respectively. The parameters used in these empirical correlations are density and boiling range or density and kinematic viscosity which are easy to obtain and these correlations are simple in form. Besides, with these experimental data of Chinese petroleum fractions, the applicability of six prevailing correlations and charts has been examined in predicting critical temperature of Chinese petroleum fractions. The accuracy of the Roess correlation and Mobil-Oil-Tc chart are the best, while Maxwell correlation appears unsuitable for use.
