地面L型钻孔抽采工作面瓦斯探讨

摘    要:刘庄煤矿13—1煤首采面预测瓦斯含量5.29m3/t,相对瓦斯涌出量为506m3/t,按日产8200t计,绝对瓦斯涌出量为28.8m3/min。在工作面进行瓦斯治理过程中.采取地面L钻孔抽采方法,L孔成孔钻探总进尺1116.60m,其中水平段381.29m,水平段内错上风巷40.00~45.00m.在使用期间,累计抽采瓦斯635678m3,并取得了起好效果,为确保高瓦斯采面的正常生产发挥了巨大作用。

Abstract:The gas content of Liu Zhuang Mine 13-1# coal layer through predicting is 5.29 m3/t,the relative pouring quantity of gas is 5.06m3/t. If the mine production is 8200t everyday,the absolute pouring quantity of gas is 28.8m3/min.During the process of the work face gas control,we used L-borehole to drain the gas,the total drilling footage is 1116.60m,including the length of horizontal 381.29m,the length of the upper level 40.00m to 45.00m. in the use of period, the accumulation Amount of gas drainage is 635678 m3,which achieved good results and played an important role in ensuring the safety in the normal production.
