| 摘 要： | 用椭圆法研究聚苯胺膜在HClO_4、H_2SO_4、HCl溶液中的生长,聚苯胺膜的生长速度和结构形貌与酸溶液的阴离子有关,在HClO_4溶液中形成致密膜,在H_2SO_4和HCl溶液中初期形成的是致密膜,以后是多孔膜。

| Abstract: | The film growth of poliyaniline in perchloric, suilfuric and hydrochloric acid aqueous electrolyte are studied with ellipsometry. The growth rate and morphology of the deposited films of polyaniline depends on the anions in the electrolyte. The film deposited in perchloric acid aqueous solution is compact. In sulfuric or hydrochloric acid aqueous solutions the film initially is compact but subsequently deposited layers have porous, stucture. |
