关于高校德育中重构大学精神的思考

我国大学在高速发展的同时缺欠了一种灵魂性的内核,而这种灵魂性的东西正是大学不可或缺的、对人具有深度影响的大学精神。大学精神是大学的核心价值取向和信仰,是大学德育的终极追求。培养和造就既具有民族传统美德．又具有现代观念和超前意识的复合型人才已成为大学德育和大学精神的共同目标。只有丰富高校德育内涵,重构和弘扬当代大学精神,才能提升德育的时代感和生命力,最终实现德育的价值目标。

Meditation on Reconstructing University Spirit in Moral Education of Universities

With the rapid development of university in China, we are missing something of essence the university spirit, Which is precisely indispensable to the university. It has a deep influence to human. The spirit is the core of university＇s value orientation, belief and the ultimate pursuit of moral education. Cultivating all-rounded university students who have traditional ethnic moralities, modern ideas and advanced consciousness has become a common aim of the university moral education and university spirit. Therefore, only enriching the intension of moral education of Universities, reconstructing and developing the contemporary university spirit, university can enhance the sense of our age and vitality of moral education, and finally achieve the goal of its value.
