| Abstract: | A review about the influence of ascorbic acid and on poultry production performance and immunity was evaluated by the author. It concluded that ascorbic acid improveweight gain and feed conversion rate, laying rate, eggshell quality, reproduction performance and immunity under stress. Therefore, supplemental ascorbic acid can improve poultry production. |
