| 摘 要： | 应用单细胞凝胶电泳试验，测试了新合成的除草剂——异丙酯草醚对小鼠骨髓细胞和睾九细胞的DNA损伤情况．实验结果显示：与对照组比较，异丙酯草醚对小鼠骨髓细胞和睾丸细胞DNA均有一定损伤（p〈0．05），且对小鼠睾丸细胞的作用更为敏感，呈剂量-反应关系。 |

| Abstract: | The Comet Assay was used to detect the DNA damage of erythroblast cells and seminal cells induced by a new pesticide compound. The results show that compared with the control group, the DNA migration rate increased significantly at three different test doses for the two kinds of tissue cells(p<0.05). DNA migration of seminal cells exhibited a significant linear dose-dependent manner. |
